This house was built about 1915 a few blocks down from the Bank on
Galind and torn down in the 1970's to make way for the Bank of America
building complex currently near Concord BART.

Frank W. Foskett came from Orange MA in the 1880's to Nortonville, CA. He later owned the Concord Meat Market with partner Herbert Elworthy. In 1911, they started a bank called First National Bank of Concord and built the "old bank" building at the corner of Salvio and Galindo streets in Concord.
