Frank W. Foskett came from Orange MA in the 1880's to Nortonville, CA. He later owned the Concord Meat Market with partner Herbert Elworthy. In 1911, they started a bank called First National Bank of Concord and built the "old bank" building at the corner of Salvio and Galindo streets in Concord.

Concord First National Bank building
Was built in 1911 at the corner of Salvio and Galindo in Concord CA. It still stands today as one of the landmark historic buildings in town.
