Frank W. Foskett came from Orange MA in the 1880's to Nortonville, CA. He later owned the Concord Meat Market with partner Herbert Elworthy. In 1911, they started a bank called First National Bank of Concord and built the "old bank" building at the corner of Salvio and Galindo streets in Concord.

Frank Foskett Bio
From the book: History of Concord - it's progress and promise (1980's). Note that the birthdate is incorrect in this book. He was born in 1859, not 1837. Big difference!
